  • If you would like to book us for your wedding we ask for a £300 non-refundable Booking & Design Fee. This cost secures us for the date of your wedding and includes an informal design consultation over a video or phone call in which we will discuss the vision for your day and in turn create a capsule mood board and tailored colour pallete suggestions. We also include a new venue visit and an open communication thread with us throughout the process of planning your wedding flowers.

    We do not charge any additional set up or travel fees for venues within a 30mile radius to our base in Bristol. We often travel to venues further afield and for this we charge a 50p/p/m to cover travel expenses.

  • We offer an optional take down service the day after your wedding, whereupon we derig installations, retrieve our sundries used and gather and wrap all flower into bunches for you to take home and gift to guests and family. For venues within a 30mile radius from Bristol, this service starts from £150. The alternative to this is that you can opt to take down all the floral arrangements and return our vessels/sundries to us within two days of your wedding.

    Refundable safety deposit
    In addition to the above costs we ask for a refundable safety deposit to be paid to cover us for the potential loss or damage of our sundries used.

We are bespoke florists, which means that we design our florals to suit each couple and their unique style choices. This also means that in terms of budget we can help to curate wedding florals that fit within your chosen spend. Through our consultation we can explore all floral options and discuss how your budget can be best maximised to deliver your vision.

 Our installation work, which includes all types of archway, staircase features, large arrangements, floral clouds and chandeliers, are quoted most accurately based on an informal consultation as these can vary considerably in price depending on scale, composition and design.

For 2024 prices a further 15% will be added to the above listed.
